Is this report ready for your exec's desk?
Paste in Korean report or proposal text and get a free check on structure, sentence clarity, and tone, plus Before/After fix examples. This tool analyzes Korean-language text only.
Sound familiar?
Worried you missed something before submitting your report? Checking whether you led with the conclusion, whether sentences run too long, or whether you overused conjunctions is harder to judge on your own than it seems. And right before a deadline, there's often no time left to review at all.
Paste in your document and Report Checker automatically diagnoses it across structure, sentence quality, and tone, then AI suggests improved phrasing β even a full rewrite if you want one.
How it works
Built for
- Employees doing a final check before submitting a report
- Planners polishing proposal or planning-document sentences
- Anyone trying to break the habit of long, winding sentences or passive voice
- Solo founders with no one else to give them writing feedback
Frequently asked questions
What does it check?
Eight rule-based checks β leading with the conclusion, sentence length, conjunction overuse, double passives, paragraph length, dated phrasing, keyword repetition, and heading structure β plus seven AI checks scored against a rubric, together giving you a per-category score and fix hints. The rule checks apply instantly, while the AI checks run through the Gemini API for deeper feedback.
Is my document stored anywhere?
No. Analysis happens in memory only while the request is processed, then is discarded immediately.
Is there a length limit?
Very long documents may reduce accuracy β we recommend pasting key sections in parts.
Can I use the AI rewrite as-is?
Treat it as a suggestion β please verify context and facts yourself before using it.
Does it work on non-Korean documents?
This tool is optimized for Korean text; accuracy may be lower for other languages.
How was this tool built?
I upgraded the framework to the latest version and tracked down the cause of an API outage that started right after deployment.
